It is our pleasure to provide you with high quality products. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and accordingly guarantee our work with the following warranty.
For United Weavers of America to assist you in a timely manner, we request that you inspect the product you have ordered thoroughly for defects or damage immediately upon receipt. We also suggest that you retain a record of purchase, such as a sales receipt, and the accompanying shipping paperwork.
This warranty is applicable solely between United Weavers of America and you, the original purchaser.
The warranty guarantees that the product you have purchased is void of defects in material or craftsmanship
United Weavers of America, Inc stands by the quality rugs that they offer. Any rug that is received with a manufacturer’s defect will have a 100% replacement policy. Returns for any other reason are subject to a 30 day return policy. There is a 20% re-stocking fee for returns due to any reason other than manufacturer’s defect.
